Choosing the right color for your design is always essential. In order to create a certain effect and feel visually, you should use color wisely. Colors have special meaning attached to them, which will affect the viewer respond.
It is important to use appropriate color within you design based on the message that you are trying to convey and the feeling that you are trying to create.
I created an Infographic for some basic colors and their meaning, which hopefully help you decide easier when you design to create a certain feeling.
